Store Policy

Payment Options 

At this time we are accepting four payment methods.

1. Personal Check - Personal checks paid for in person (Pay In Store ONLY option see below) will be accepted for immediate merchandise delivery. All merchandise paid for by personal check through the mail will be held untill the check has been cleared for payment by the issuing bank. All payments should be made out and mailed to:

2. Money Order - Our policy regarding Money Orders is exactly the same as our policy regarding Personal Checks. Please see the Personal Check Policy above.

3. Pay in Store - This payment option should only be selected with prior approval (Please contact us ahead of time to arrange payment details).

4. Pay Pal Express Checkout - This is the fastest, easiest, most secure way to pay for your order. If you do not already have a PayPal account we strongly encourage everyone who makes any volume of online purchases to open one. We do not process credit cards at this time or handle any of your financial information which saves us (and in return you) time, money, and hassle. Thanks in advance you for your understanding.

 

Order Fulfillment 

We ship all orders recieved each Wednesday morning. In order for your item to be shipped Wednesday it must be recieved and paid for by 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (U.S.A) Monday evening.

 

Shipping

Because we are still in the formative stages of our business, we are only selling to customers within the United States untill further notice.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Local Delivery ONLY Option - If you are located within the selected zipcodes (50320,
50317, 50316, 50309, 50315, 50314, 50310, 50311, 50312, 50321, 50265, 50266, 50325) this option will be available at checkout. We personally deliver your order to your address for a flat rate of $1. If no one is available at the time of delivery it will be left at the front doorway. For this reason all orders using this option must be paid ahead of time either by mail or PayPal.

 

 

Returns Policy

IF
the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) you may return the new, unopened, or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Because we are still in the process of forming our basic returns policy and we offer a wide variety of products, all other reasons for returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase and return to our store in the future, but at the same time we must also shield our business from undue financial burden created by irresponsible ordering.

In the event that we will accept your return, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
